What To Wear: To A Sailor Themed Party

I’m usually not a big fan of dress-up parties. Too much planning, too much hassle, too much stressing over your outfit.
But when I get to wear my latest Forever New purchase as part of the theme, I’m not really complaining;)
So what to wear to a sailor themed party?
I went with a white blouse, navy Forever New skirt, nude YDE peep-toe heels, and red earrings. My friend went with an all-navy belted outfit and cute sailor hat (bought in Venice).
